Technical Program Manager – Extensibility Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Drive cross-organizational decisions among Directly Responsible Individuals (DRIs) in Script Platform, Custom Objects, Apps, SDK, Observability, DevEx, and Versioning.

• Take ownership of the critical path for major launches, defining scope, guiding descope decisions, and negotiating trade-offs across various teams.

• Influence and shape the roadmaps for both product and engineering.

• Advocate for cross-cutting investments that align with the broader extensibility strategy.

• Ensure that requirements from ProServ and Partnerships are included in the roadmap.

• Connect platform deliverables with the requirements of ProServ and Partnerships for intricate customer needs.

• Establish the strategy for the Extensibility program in collaboration with DEeP leadership.

• Hold organizations accountable for the success of the program.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical program management, driving complex cross-organizational initiatives.

• Strong product acumen with the ability to comprehend the needs of enterprise customers.

• Exceptional communication skills to convey information precisely and credibly to engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.

• Proficient in translating intricate technical trade-offs into strategic decisions and fostering alignment.

• Capable of leading and aligning cross-functional teams, making decisions, resolving conflicts, and building consensus.

• Demonstrated history of successful program delivery in complex technical settings.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferred: Experience in product management or product operations.

• Preferred: Familiarity with developer platforms, API products, or payment systems.
