📋 Description

• Lead the Extensibility initiative within the Workflows, Custom Objects, and Scripts workstreams.

• Take ownership of the program's direction, health, and results across Scripts, Custom Objects, and Workflows.

• Collaborate with DEeP leadership to define program strategy and ensure accountability for successful outcomes.

• Facilitate cross-organizational decision-making involving the Script Platform, Custom Objects, Applications, SDK, Observability, DevEx, and Versioning.

• Address unclear integration and ownership issues that arise between team boundaries.

• Manage the critical path for significant launches, define scope, make descope decisions, and negotiate trade-offs between teams.

• Shape product and engineering roadmaps while advocating for investments that span multiple areas.

• Integrate ProServ and Partnerships requirements into the roadmap, aligning platform delivery with customer demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical program management with a focus on complex cross-organizational projects.

• Strong understanding of product dynamics and the ability to grasp enterprise customer requirements.

• Excellent communication skills that convey precision and credibility to engineering, product, and executive audiences.

• Competence in translating intricate technical trade-offs into strategic choices and fostering alignment.

• Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams, make decisions, resolve conflicts, and build consensus amidst competing organizational priorities.

• Demonstrated history of successfully delivering programs in complex technical settings.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferred: Experience in product management or product operations.

• Preferred: Familiarity with developer platforms, API products, or payment systems.
