Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure timely delivery across teams and oversee interdependencies.

• Facilitate the delivery rhythm and remove obstacles for the teams.

• Monitor throughput and cycle times while identifying risks proactively.

• Collaborate with the Director and Engineering on the project roadmap.

• Manage the interaction between teams that rely on each other.

• Highlight risks promptly and provide transparent status reports.

• Experience in running technical programs or managing delivery across teams.

• Proven track record in managing dependencies and maintaining cadence.

• Established an on-time delivery standard.

• Familiarity with Magento is an advantage.

• Background in platform or commerce sectors.

• Experience in healthcare or regulated delivery environments.
