Technical Program Manager – Enterprise Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical project and program management for impactful, cross-functional Security initiatives.

• Support various Enterprise Security projects and provide updates on planned execution progress.

• Offer operational assistance to engineering leads to ensure timely project and initiative delivery.

• Define and execute cross-functional projects in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Communicate the current status of enterprise security and compliance projects.

• Aid in the planning and execution of roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.

• Assist with security audit activities to mitigate risks and meet compliance frameworks.

• Enhance measurable KPIs and improve processes within the Security team.

• Integrate AI technologies and innovative work methods to scale processes and enhance visibility.

• Develop and contribute to a community of practice focused on program management.

• Advocate for Samsara’s cultural principles as the organization expands globally and opens new offices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Project or Program Management within a fast-paced, technical environment.

• Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple teams, establish processes, and coordinate tight schedules.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to convey technical or analytical information to non-technical stakeholders without losing key details.

• Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, curiosity, and attention to detail.

• Quick learner with the ability to navigate through ambiguity.

• Proactive self-starter with a successful track record of leveraging data and technology to enhance processes and make impactful decisions.

• Familiarity with AI tools and methodologies to increase workflow efficiencies.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in using JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and other reporting tools.

• Background in Information Security and/or Compliance programs.

• Experience in driving strategic planning and defining roadmaps.

• Passionate about data and enhancing operational efficiencies.

• Eager to learn and apply new technologies, including AI.
