Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive delivery of enterprise Agentic AI implementations from the initial kickoff to go-live and hypercare.

• Take ownership of the project's scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies.

• Oversee implementations throughout design, integration, UAT, production go-live, and hypercare phases.

• Propel execution across cross-functional delivery pods and partner teams.

• Ensure project governance through the utilization of project plans, RAID logs, milestone tracking, risk management, change requests, and escalations.

• Identify potential delivery risks, resource limitations, and implementation hurdles.

• Act as the primary delivery liaison for enterprise customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and technical leaders.

• Convert business objectives into actionable implementation plans with clear ownership, milestones, and success criteria.

• Facilitate governance meetings, executive updates, steering committees, UAT reviews, and discussions on go-live readiness.

• Manage customer escalations and maintain delivery momentum.

• Coordinate the technical delivery encompassing integrations, infrastructure, environments, testing, and deployment readiness.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Solution Engineering, Support, Deployment Strategists, and external implementation partners.

• Assist with pre-sales scoping, resource estimation, SOW reviews, and implementation risk assessments.

• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate.

• Promote delivery governance, implementation standards, documentation, runbooks, and operational processes.

• Integrate compliance, security, and data governance requirements into delivery planning.

• Mentor junior TPMs and establish scalable delivery best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical program management, enterprise software delivery, consulting, professional services, or customer implementations.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex enterprise deployments that involve integrations, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams.

• Strong technical credibility with the ability to discuss integrations, APIs, infrastructure dependencies, and implementation trade-offs comfortably.

• Experience managing enterprise programs utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Ability to influence alignment between technical and business teams effectively.

• Highly organized and focused on execution.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Strong sense of ownership with the capability to proactively resolve issues.

• E-Verify employment eligibility in the USA.

• Nice-to-have: experience with conversational AI, LLMs, CCaaS platforms, APIs, Genesys, Five9, NICE, Avaya, pre-sales scoping, SOW development, resource estimation, delivery planning, SIs, GSIs, BPOs, PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications.
