Senior Principal Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous programs of varying sizes and complexities.

• Ensure that programs adhere to the Program Playbook and achieve technical capabilities and desired outcomes.

• Establish regular execution rhythms and rituals to facilitate decision-making, eliminate obstacles, and clarify responsibilities.

• Communicate the health of deliveries, track milestones, and perform risk analysis for leadership.

• Integrate AI and agentic tools into program management processes, including the automation of RAID logs and the synthesis of executive status summaries.

• Modify program management practices to navigate the unpredictability associated with AI development and experimentation.

• Maintain a centralized workspace such as Jira or Confluence for tracking initiative status, critical paths, and dependencies.

• Identify, address, and escalate delivery obstacles and risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release management.

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven development lifecycles.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI/Agentic workflows to enhance program management architectures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical discipline.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly earn trust, mobilize teams, and provide direction in highly ambiguous situations.

• Capability to deliver difficult messages gracefully, resolve conflicts, and adapt swiftly to change.

• Experience and familiarity with leading project management software, including Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.

• Strong understanding of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, encompassing LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks (preferred).

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills (preferred).

• Strategic mindset focused on achieving business outcomes and a deep understanding of technology (preferred).
