This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.
• Continuously updating our systems stack to accommodate the latest hardware platforms and technologies.
• Enhancing and maintaining performance improvements and customer-facing functionalities based on business requirements and engineering demands.
• Creating and managing dependable, all-encompassing deployment automation and validation processes.
• Ensuring that our systems offer adequate observability throughout the entire stack.
• Assisting customers with intricate technical challenges that hinder their full utilization of Nebius Cloud GPU and CPU capabilities.
• Engaging in every major hardware bring-up at Nebius, providing essential platform enablers and conducting thorough system validations.
• Proven capability to coordinate intricate technical programs across various teams, recognizing dependencies and risks while establishing clear ownership and steering programs towards measurable results.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling the development and maintenance of productive cross-functional relationships with engineering teams, business partners, customers, and vendors.
• Relevant technical expertise and a strong curiosity about system functionalities. Our platforms are inherently complex, operate close to hardware, and comprise numerous moving parts, so the ability to grasp technical specifics and communicate effectively with engineers will be a significant asset.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when overseeing long-term infrastructure programs with numerous technical dependencies, milestones, stakeholders, and operational requirements.
• An open-minded and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a readiness to simplify, adapt, replace, or fundamentally redesign existing processes to enhance efficiency, execution, or reliability.
• A hands-on mentality and a readiness to contribute directly when necessary. The ability to assist teams with program execution, technical coordination, documentation, process development, issue resolution, or operational enhancements will be highly appreciated.
• Experience in Cloud computing, high-performance computing, accelerated computing, large-scale infrastructure, or similarly complex engineering endeavors is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with device drivers, the Linux kernel, virtualization technologies, or firmware development and lifecycle management processes is also a significant plus.
