• Take ownership of the execution portfolio for a developing product line, overseeing its journey from discovery to general availability across engineering teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering leaders, Tech Leads, and PMs to break down complex technical challenges into achievable milestones, sequencing, and execution strategies.
• Create and manage the operating model for a dynamic zero-to-one program, which includes pod organization, DRI rhythms, cross-functional lead syncs, readiness checklists, and leadership evaluations.
• Establish general availability and launch readiness criteria in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• Facilitate trade-off decisions with assigned owners and set decision timelines.
• Identify potential risks and dependencies, implement proactive risk management strategies, and provide executives with insight into program visibility based on data.
• Develop scalable systems, health metrics, and playbooks for introducing new products to the market.
• Integrate AI tools and automation to enhance visibility and minimize manual coordination efforts.
• Mentor Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and fellow Technical Program Managers on best practices in execution and ownership behaviors.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in technical program management.
• Demonstrated success in managing strategic, cross-pillar programs.
• Experience in bringing a new product from inception to launch, or leading programs in incubation, new ventures, or environments focused on emerging technologies.
• Strong technical background with the capability to collaborate with technical leaders on architecture decisions and execution frameworks.
• Preferred experience with AI, agentic, or developer platform products.
• Proven ability to create repeatable operating rhythms, readiness frameworks, and health metrics that are widely adopted.
• Skill in coordinating multiple independent work streams and organizations.
• Competence in framing trade-offs, facilitating prioritization, and recommending solutions in uncertain situations.
• Excellent communication skills with both executives and engineers.
• Confident in presenting to leadership teams and large internal audiences.
• Familiarity with program management tools like Linear, Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• Proactive approach to embracing AI and fluency in emerging technologies.
