Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Assist with SaaS and platform-based initiatives utilizing tools such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce

• Act as the link between client requirements and the execution of technical delivery

• Aid in significant migration and development projects for active client engagements

• Guide project teams to fulfill client expectations while overseeing budget and timelines

• Collaborate with engineering leads, business operations strategy, and client partners

• Ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding the delivery approach

• Identify risks early and facilitate resolutions concerning cross-team personnel and process challenges

• Assist in discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders

• Outline requirements and document assumptions to safeguard the project scope

• Convert needs into actionable scopes of work

• Create statements of work that safeguard client outcomes and margins

• Oversee and manage product backlogs, including prioritization, refinement, and trade-offs regarding scope, timeline, and budget

• Report to a Senior Technical Program Manager and collaborate with the Head of Product and Project Management Operations as part of the PPMO team

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading delivery in a consultancy or agency environment

• Proven track record of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously

• Experience in scoping billable work and handling client expectations

• Proven ability to support roadmap expansion while safeguarding margins

• Proficiency in project management

• Strong communication skills, both clear and consistent

• Capability to provide leadership and guidance to project teams

• Ability to balance resource availability, team culture, deadlines, client priorities, and margins

• Background in both project management and product ownership

• Proficient in running projects, managing backlogs, and drafting requirements

• Experience in platform and SaaS delivery

• Familiarity with website builds, migrations, feature development, and enterprise SaaS implementations

• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or similar enterprise SaaS platforms

• Understanding of the structure of SaaS and platform engagements

• Experience with web and software development

• Ability to convert business and technical requirements into comprehensive functional specifications

• Skill in writing well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria

• Capability to manage product backlogs, including prioritization, refinement, and trade-off decisions

• Valid work authorization for the US or Canada
