This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the implementation of product and technology launches across various teams.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, timelines, and scope for interconnected technical projects.
• Ensure that changes and delays are incorporated into future planning cycles.
• Assist in enhancing and operationalizing Petal’s program management practices.
• Promote effective governance, communication, and decision-making among teams.
• Collaborate closely with Go-to-Market stakeholders to ensure release readiness.
• Employ a pragmatic approach to processes and tailor best practices to fit Petal’s scale and environment.
• Partner with the Director of Program Management and teams across Product, Engineering, Platform, IT, Security, and Product Operations.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project and/or program management.
• Extensive experience in a software, SaaS, or software product setting.
• Proven experience managing multiple interrelated projects or programs.
• Strong grasp of software delivery and technical dependencies.
• Experience in enhancing or instituting program management practices.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication.
• Capable of working independently and offering practical recommendations.
• Proficient English communication skills are necessary.
• Must be available for reasonable business-hour coverage in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in Canada.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience in consulting or transformation is desirable.
• Background in healthcare or healthtech is an advantage.
• Focused six-month mandate providing the chance to make a swift impact.

• Collaborate with multiple Product & Technology teams and gain exposure to a diverse array of initiatives.
