Associate Program Manager, Technical Outreach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and execution of technical outreach initiatives.

• Serve as a customer advocate by converting recurring support issues into actionable insights for Product and Engineering departments.

• Equip development teams with relevant technical information and customer insights to guide product enhancements.

• Organize and lead technical sessions, product briefings, office hours, and forums for knowledge exchange.

• Collaborate with Technical Support Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Enablement to pinpoint knowledge gaps and prioritize outreach efforts.

• Develop and sustain clear technical documentation for support teams and stakeholders.

• Monitor program results and utilize feedback to discover areas for improvement.

• Report directly to the Manager of Technical Support Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, technical enablement, technical support, operations, or a similar area.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

• Familiarity with SaaS products, technical troubleshooting, or support workflows.

• Capability to simplify complex technical ideas and customer requirements into clear direction for development teams.

• Experience utilizing data and feedback to prioritize enhancements and assess program success.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Candidates must have authorization to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

• Employees must be authorized to access Motive products and technology.
