Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical product authority across all Guesty sectors by leading in-depth consultations for intricate customer scenarios.

• Convert business requirements into advanced technical solutions and clarify complex concepts for clients.

• Provide impactful training and support to enable users to be hands-on and self-sufficient with the Guesty Product.

• Promote proactive product adoption by enhancing client operations and workflows to boost product engagement.

• Discover opportunities to implement AI tools, AI agents, and automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency and client empowerment.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to manage a shared portfolio and support account health and retention efforts.

• Serve as the internal Voice of the Customer by transforming client needs into actionable insights and guiding roadmap priorities for Product teams.

• Achieve or surpass KPI goals and professional development objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of technical experience in the SaaS software sector or a technology-driven environment.

• Proficiency in API concepts.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated expertise with contemporary AI tools, agentic workflows, or LLM-driven automation.

• Strong background in navigating complex SaaS ecosystems.

• Capability to analyze customer configurations and workflows.

• Experience working with Product teams to articulate feature requests and provide actionable feedback.

• Ability to pinpoint adoption gaps and enhance customer setups.

• Skill in identifying trends across account segments and utilizing data to monitor changing product needs.

• Established ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

• (Bonus) Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, LLMs, and smart automations.

• (Bonus) Understanding of the short-term rental market, OTA landscape, and property management software ecosystem.

• (Bonus) Basic knowledge of trust accounting, including ledgers, reporting, and bank reconciliations.
