Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive infrastructure programs encompassing planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.

• Actively manage inter-team dependencies, risks, obstacles, and ensure transparency regarding program status.

• Align teams from Infrastructure, Security, Product, Operations, and Engineering while leading planning sessions and operational reviews.

• Utilize delivery metrics and tool data to pinpoint bottlenecks and enhance engineering workflows.

• Take charge of interactions with third-party infrastructure vendors, including contract renewals and budget management.

• Conduct planning sessions and technical workshops to foster better alignment and execution among engineering teams.

• Simplify intricate infrastructure projects by establishing ownership, success criteria, priorities, and execution strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Technical Program Management, Infrastructure Program Management, or Technical Project Management roles.

• Strong grasp of infrastructure and platform engineering environments.

• Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies.

• Extensive hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as YouTrack, Jira, and Confluence.

• Outstanding communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
