This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of and manage intricate, multi-team technology programs from the planning stage to launch.
• Develop comprehensive program plans that include objectives, milestones, value segmentation, roadmaps, and critical paths.
• Proactively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration limits.
• Transform business and technical objectives into well-defined scopes and measurable results.
• Establish and monitor program KPIs to guarantee that delivery generates business value.
• Lead RAID reviews, readiness assessments, and rollout evaluations.
• Oversee non-functional requirements such as SLA/SLO, security, and operability.
• Systematize the use of AI in program execution, including scenario generation, readiness testing, metrics validation, and reporting.
• Facilitate governance structures like steering committees and decision-making reviews.
• Engage in communication with engineering, product, design, operations, and senior leadership teams.
• Mentor Associate TPMs while contributing to team standards and playbooks.
• Utilize AI tools to automate program management tasks such as status updates and risk tracking.
• Guide teams on effective adoption of AI technologies.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in technology program management.
• More than 4 years of experience delivering complex, multi-domain programs with quantifiable business impact.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office and Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
• Basic understanding of SQL/PostgreSQL and at least one programming language.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, security fundamentals (VPN/SSL), and MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record in developing and managing initiative roadmaps, delivery plans, and risk registers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated capability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• Nice to have: Experience in managing third-party vendors or consultants.
• Nice to have: Experience in people leadership or mentoring.
• Nice to have: A master's degree in Engineering Management, Business, or a related field.
• Nice to have: PMP, SAFe/Agile, ITIL, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
