Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process encompassing scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies for enterprise AI implementations.

• Guide implementations from the Statement of Work (SOW) kickoff through design, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), production go-live, and hypercare.

• Propel execution across cross-functional delivery teams that include Forward Deployed Engineers, Agent Architects, and partner organizations.

• Uphold project governance through project plans, RAID logs, milestone tracking, risk management, change requests, and escalation management.

• Actively identify delivery risks, resource limitations, and implementation hurdles while fostering alignment among stakeholders.

• Function as the main delivery contact for enterprise customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors and technical leaders.

• Convert business objectives into structured implementation plans with defined ownership, milestones, and success criteria.

• Facilitate governance meetings, executive updates, steering committees, UAT reviews, and discussions regarding go-live readiness.

• Handle customer escalations and sustain delivery momentum across intricate, high-visibility programs.

• Collaborate closely with Engagement Management after go-live to aid in long-term adoption and expansion opportunities.

• Oversee technical delivery across integrations, infrastructure, environments, testing, and deployment readiness.

• Work alongside Product, Sales, Solution Engineering, Support, and Deployment Strategists to guarantee seamless customer execution.

• Assist in pre-sales activities such as delivery scoping, resource estimation, SOW reviews, and implementation risk assessments.

• Manage co-delivery execution with System Integrators (SIs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs), and external implementation partners.

• Ensure that technical and operational dependencies align across all delivery workstreams.

• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies according to customer requirements and implementation complexity.

• Promote consistency across delivery governance, implementation standards, documentation, runbooks, and operational processes.

• Ensure compliance, security, and data governance requirements are integrated into delivery planning.

• Mentor junior Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and assist in establishing scalable delivery best practices across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in technical program management, enterprise software delivery, consulting, professional services, or customer implementations.

• Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise deployments involving integrations, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams.

• Strong technical credibility and comfort in discussing integrations, APIs, infrastructure dependencies, and implementation trade-offs.

• Experience managing enterprise programs using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities with the skill to influence alignment among technical and business teams.

• Highly organized, execution-focused, and adept at operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Strong ownership mentality with the capability to proactively resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.

• Experience mentoring junior team members or assisting in the establishment of scalable delivery processes and governance standards.

• Background in conversational AI, large language models (LLMs), or enterprise AI deployments.

• Familiarity with CCaaS platforms, APIs, or enterprise integrations such as Genesys, Five9, NICE, or Avaya.

• Experience supporting pre-sales scoping, SOW development, resource estimation, or delivery planning.

• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications.

• Experience working with SIs, GSIs, BPOs, or multi-region enterprise delivery programs.

• Passion for AI tooling, operational excellence, and optimizing delivery processes.
