Principal Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Serve as the subject-matter expert support for technical initiatives.

• Oversee customer relationships effectively.

• Convert customer operational requirements into testable specifications.

• Work in collaboration with engineering, program, and customer teams to guarantee program success.

• Assess technical concepts in relation to mission requirements and customer priorities.

• Engage directly with customer teams to offer recommendations and design insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is required.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Background in the integration and operation of DoD communication systems is essential.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• An active and existing DoD TS/SCI security clearance must be acquired by day one.

• Experience in program management and execution is preferred.

• Familiarity with government acquisition processes is advantageous.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management is preferred.

• Knowledge of C5ISR system operations is desirable.

• Experience in strategic planning and execution of technical programs is preferred.

• Must live and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
