Technical Program Manager, AI Factory Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to gather and define requirements for next-generation AI Factories.

• Develop, oversee, and finalize long-term programs, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestone checkpoints.

• Partner with data center and hardware teams to create solutions and mitigation strategies.

• Lead planning initiatives with internal stakeholders regarding capacity demands, engineering roadmaps, and data center expansions.

• Manage the complete delivery process for 100MW+ AI factory data center deployments, from construction readiness through commissioning, turn-up, and operational transfer.

• Coordinate with general contractors, colocation providers, utilities, and OEMs regarding electrical and mechanical scope, long-lead equipment, and site logistics.

• Facilitate integrated readiness reviews and establish acceptance criteria across power, liquid cooling, networking, and platform/hardware teams.

• Create program plans for government grants and initiatives.

• Convert program requirements into Basis Of Design documents.

• Promote collaboration and ensure team members are accountable for their action items and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional long-term planning and execution capabilities for data center lifecycle management, large-scale AI factory constructions, and expansions.

• Proven experience in overseeing end-to-end data center deployments for high-density AI infrastructure, including commissioning, readiness reviews, turn-up, and operational handoff.

• Experience in coordinating colocation providers, general contractors, utilities, and OEMs for intricate electrical and mechanical scopes at 100MW+ campus scale.

• Strong technical and program leadership skills across power delivery, liquid cooling, networking, and compute/platform teams.

• Over 12 years of program and project management leadership in data center projects encompassing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction, with large-scale server, storage, and network deployments.

• BS or MS degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).

• Comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure and technologies related to data center facilities.

• Familiarity with NVIDIA’s AI compute technology stack and the ability to translate platform requirements into data center infrastructure designs.

• Experience working in colocation data center environments.
