This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
• Take charge of post-sale customer initiatives for a select group of high-stakes enterprise clients.
• Develop and sustain comprehensive program plans that outline milestones, risks, dependencies, and responsibilities.
• Oversee customer implementations from the initial kickoff to full production.
• Convert customer needs into engineering deliverables in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and FDE teams.
• Manage concurrent workstreams across various accounts.
• Collaborate with AEs on account health, customer sentiments, and commercial indicators.
• Facilitate coordination among engineering, product, support, and FDE teams without having direct authority.
• Lead incident management and escalation processes from start to finish.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for the assigned accounts within the organization.
• Oversee renewal outcomes and align account narratives with AEs.
• Identify expansion opportunities and communicate them to AEs.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive business evaluations.
• Assist in enhancing Ditto’s enterprise engagement playbook.
• Provide structured customer insights to product and engineering teams.
• Proven experience in managing intricate technical implementations with direct accountability to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to translate vague customer demands into clear, actionable engineering outputs.
• Experience and confidence in managing commercial renewals and retention results without a formal quota.
• Comfort in navigating fast-paced, undefined environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in coordinating efforts across engineering, product, and support teams without direct authority.
• Background in technical program management, professional services, or implementation within a platform/infrastructure SaaS organization preferred.
• Familiarity with SDK- or API-based products is preferred.
• Previous experience with or knowledge of companies such as Palantir, Databricks, Confluent, MongoDB, Couchbase, or similar is preferred.
• Experience in managing incident escalations that involve engineering dependencies is preferred.
• Candidates located in Atlanta or Washington DC are preferred.
