Technical Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product backlog and execution of the roadmap for Brello and the HelloWellness Patient Platform.

• Oversee the continuous migration of patients to the upgraded experience.

• Draft requirements and acceptance criteria that are technically sound.

• Collaborate daily with engineering teams on scoping, trade-offs, and sequencing.

• Manage release operations, which encompass QA gates, release readiness, defect triage, and post-release follow-up.

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders across business, clinical, and operations teams.

• Lead communications regarding customer-facing changes associated with migrations and feature launches.

• Utilize analytics and customer insights to prioritize product development efforts.

• Advise on the next steps for product development.

• Identify risks early and escalate them along with potential solutions.

• Take full ownership of Brello and the HelloWellness Patient Platform from start to finish, including backlog management, requirements, releases, QA coordination, and stakeholder communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a product owner, technical product manager, or in a similar role, overseeing a live software product end to end.

• Strong technical acumen, including the ability to read API documentation, discuss architectural trade-offs with engineers, and write requirements that developers can rely on.

• Proven experience managing releases in production environments, including QA coordination, defect management, and rollout planning.

• Exceptional written communication skills tailored for both technical and executive audiences.

• Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced, remote team environment.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

• Preferred: experience with patient-facing or consumer health products, or software in other regulated industries.

• Preferred: experience managing platform migrations or re-platforming projects.

• Preferred: familiarity with subscription/membership products and mobile application release cycles.
