This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take full ownership of the technical implementation for Data Intelligence and intricate integration projects.
• Evaluate global third-party vendors and examine REST API documentation.
• Conduct testing of API endpoints using Postman and organize data structures.
• Convert business objectives into technical specifications and product requirement documents.
• Define, prioritize, and articulate detailed technical tasks for a team of 5–8 developers and infrastructure engineers.
• Align implementation schedules and roadmap priorities with Product Managers.
• Oversee delivery throughout technical assessments, specifications, and engineering transitions.
• Develop and sustain both internal and external technical documentation.
• Execute functional and integration acceptance testing on new vendor connections.
• Ensure consistency in operations and UI/UX across Data Intelligence products.
• Utilize stakeholder feedback and monitoring metrics to pinpoint and design product optimizations.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders, clients, and operations teams.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve integration challenges across international markets.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, webhooks, authentication methods, and API integration patterns.
• Capable of independently analyzing third-party API documentation, limitations, edge cases, and integration workflows.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or equivalent API testing and debugging tools.
• Proficient in using Kibana, Superset, or similar logging and monitoring/analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for data investigation and validation purposes.
• Familiarity with synchronous and asynchronous architectures, error handling, retries, timeouts, callbacks/webhooks, and integration reliability.
• Skillful in translating product requirements into comprehensive technical specifications, mappings, validation rules, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to convert business and customer needs into technical product solutions within platform and architectural limitations.
• Competent in identifying product gaps and areas for improvement through stakeholder feedback, production data, support cases, and recurring integration issues.
• Strong grasp of the product lifecycle from discovery and solution design through engineering, QA, release, and post-release monitoring.
• Ability to assess trade-offs related to customer requirements, implementation complexity, scalability, consistency, and maintainability.
