This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of the multi-year vision, roadmap, and performance for a significant product area.
• Determine product priorities and articulate the rationale behind roadmap decisions.
• Present valuable new product opportunities to the executive team.
• Establish the research agenda, commission exploratory work, and recognize market trends.
• Consider documentation, error messages, and the composable/MACH integration ecosystem as integral components of the product.
• Develop business cases at the company level for initiatives like new pricing tiers or market entry.
• Define company-wide release governance standards.
• Keep executives, key clients, and industry analysts updated as priorities evolve.
• Foster a cross-team product culture and mediate organization-wide conflicts and competing priorities.
• Create and maintain metrics and analytics standards while reporting on product-area performance.
• Work collaboratively with Design and Engineering teams from research through to launch.
• Influence platform-level design philosophy and set component/API conventions.
• Establish product specification and documentation standards, producing executive-level internal documentation.
• Convey the product narrative through keynote presentations and analyst briefings.
• Lead category-defining thought leadership initiatives.
• Mentor product managers within the product team.
• A degree in engineering, product management, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 3 years with technical, developer-facing, or platform products.
• Practical experience with developer tools or platform products.
• Proven experience managing an entire product area, rather than individual features.
• Demonstrated technical fluency, including the ability to read API documentation, conduct discovery interviews with senior engineers, and produce respected PRDs.
• A history of establishing a multi-year vision and delivering measurable, impactful results.
• Experience with at least one company-level initiative, such as entering a new market or launching a pricing tier.
• Understanding of SaaS businesses, customers, partners, and the broader B2B landscape.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to link product decisions to revenue, retention, and costs.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, including experience in keynote presentations and analyst briefings.
• Technical fluency in decisions regarding platform architecture.
• A hands-on mindset for prototyping.
• Experience in CMS, content infrastructure, or DXP is highly desirable.
