
Technical Product Manager β Clinical Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Take ownership of products that assist care teams in providing enhanced care to hundreds of thousands of members.
β’ Influence the roadmap related to scheduling and outreach, clinical documentation, coding and quality review, the PostgreSQL warehouse, and client reporting.
β’ Convert workflow and reporting requirements into specifications, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing (UAT), and measurable outcomes.
β’ Compose and refine SQL queries to analyze encounters, coding, claims, data quality, and reconciliation processes.
β’ Define integrations for EMR, lab, HIE, and client feeds, including mappings, validation, error handling, testing, and readiness for go-live.
β’ Collaborate with schedulers, clinicians, coders, and client teams to eliminate rework and address data gaps.
β’ Deliver AI/LLM features for documentation, coding review, outreach, or quality assurance, along with output evaluations, quality thresholds, and human reviews.
β’ Manage the entire process from discovery through to launch and user adoption.
β’ Work closely with clinicians, operations, client services, and engineering teams.
β’ Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
β’ Experience in the healthcare industry is essential.
β’ A solid understanding of HIPAA regulations is required.
β’ At least 4 years of experience in product management, technical product management, or a closely related field.
β’ Proven track record of ownership for shipped products.
β’ Experience in product management for an EMR, HIE, or another significant clinical platform.
β’ Proficient in SQL, including joins, aggregation, and window functions.
β’ Directly authored integration specifications utilizing FHIR, HL7 v2, or C-CDA.
β’ Experience with production AI/LLM features, including output quality evaluation.
β’ Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and LOINC standards.
β’ Strong collaboration skills with clinical, engineering, and client teams.
