Technical Product Manager – Clinical Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of products that assist care teams in providing enhanced care to hundreds of thousands of members.

• Influence the roadmap related to scheduling and outreach, clinical documentation, coding and quality review, the PostgreSQL warehouse, and client reporting.

• Convert workflow and reporting requirements into specifications, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing (UAT), and measurable outcomes.

• Compose and refine SQL queries to analyze encounters, coding, claims, data quality, and reconciliation processes.

• Define integrations for EMR, lab, HIE, and client feeds, including mappings, validation, error handling, testing, and readiness for go-live.

• Collaborate with schedulers, clinicians, coders, and client teams to eliminate rework and address data gaps.

• Deliver AI/LLM features for documentation, coding review, outreach, or quality assurance, along with output evaluations, quality thresholds, and human reviews.

• Manage the entire process from discovery through to launch and user adoption.

• Work closely with clinicians, operations, client services, and engineering teams.

• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the healthcare industry is essential.

• A solid understanding of HIPAA regulations is required.

• At least 4 years of experience in product management, technical product management, or a closely related field.

• Proven track record of ownership for shipped products.

• Experience in product management for an EMR, HIE, or another significant clinical platform.

• Proficient in SQL, including joins, aggregation, and window functions.

• Directly authored integration specifications utilizing FHIR, HL7 v2, or C-CDA.

• Experience with production AI/LLM features, including output quality evaluation.

• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and LOINC standards.

• Strong collaboration skills with clinical, engineering, and client teams.
