This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product direction and strategy for Clubessential offerings.
• Ensure that products fulfill the requirements of customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Keep track of technological trends and the competitive landscape to foster innovation.
• Identify and implement opportunities for AI and automation to enhance efficiency, personalization, and decision-making.
• Propel strategic platform and AI initiatives, encompassing MCP capabilities, Central Account Services integrations, shared platform products, and agentic experiences.
• Develop and manage the product backlog by composing and refining user stories in alignment with product strategy and sprint objectives.
• Serve as the gatekeeper for the backlog and the primary owner of the feedback loop for enhancements, issues, bugs, and tasks.
• Raise issues and communicate updates and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Organize research and create specifications and user stories that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define AI feature requirements, success metrics, and guidelines.
• Provide input on resolution plans and prioritize bugs and enhancements.
• Address impediments that affect release timelines and goal achievement.
• Engage in testing and prepare for release readiness.
• Assist with configuration and announce new feature availability in demo environments.
• Coordinate with development and internal teams on business rules and product functionalities.
• Aid in rollout, management, and feedback collection.
• Review educational and marketing materials.
• Deliver product releases and support the creation of release notes and educational initiatives.
• Formulate launch plans in collaboration with implementation, project management, support, marketing, sales, and customers.
• Participate in webinars, shows, update meetings, and other activities aimed at product success.
• Lead, assist, or take part in Scrum ceremonies.
• Undertake other product-related duties as assigned.
• Preferred BS/MS degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or subject matter expert in SaaS software applications is preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills both within and outside the organization.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Familiarity with bug/issue/enhancement tracking and project management software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, influence decisions and decision-makers, and manage objections.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Capable of managing multiple diverse projects and multitasking effectively.
• Experience with JIRA, Productboard, Pendo, and/or Figma is a plus.
• Experience in defining or launching AI-powered product features or working closely with data science/ML teams is a plus.
• Comfortable assessing AI tools and vendors, evaluating their capabilities and limitations, and translating them into clear customer value.
• Hands-on experience writing AI skills, skill chains, or agentic workflows is a plus.
