Technical Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define, prioritize, and oversee AI-centric product initiatives from conception to execution.

• Comprehend AI modeling principles and assess trade-offs among local, cloud, and hybrid processing options.

• Assist in designing and evaluating technical workflows that incorporate image processing, automation, data management, and AI-driven functionalities.

• Independently test experimental solutions, prototypes, and emerging tools.

• Evaluate feasibility, risk, performance, cost, scalability, and user impact.

• Constructively challenge unclear, inefficient, or potentially unsuccessful approaches.

• Develop product documentation, specifications, acceptance criteria, and priorities.

• Facilitate coordination of delivery among technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Track outcomes and leverage feedback, data, and experimentation to enhance products over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in product management, technical product management, or a related field.

• Strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts.

• Experience in evaluating or delivering AI-powered products, automation, image-processing workflows, or similar technical systems.

• Ability to comprehend and discuss technical architecture, APIs, data flows, model limitations, and deployment options.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Comfortable navigating incomplete information and transforming broad requirements into actionable strategies.

• Highly autonomous work style, with a curiosity for investigating and testing solutions independently.

• Confidence in communicating with senior leadership and engineering teams.

• Openness to constructively challenge ideas and make recommendations based on evidence.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with distributed international teams.

• Fluent communication skills in English.
