Analyst II, Technical Product Ownership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with enterprise transformation initiatives and delivers measurable business value.

• Assist in governance and investment decisions related to platform capabilities, integrations, data management, process standardization, and technology enhancements.

• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to define solution strategies and drive platform evolution.

• Enhance contract lifecycle processes through automation, standardization, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Manage the adoption, performance, and realization of value from the Icertis platform by establishing success metrics and assessing outcomes.

• Offer insights on product capabilities, governance standards, implementation best practices, and future-state contracting strategies.

• Lead enterprise contract digitization efforts utilizing Icertis capabilities.

• Convert business objectives into platform strategies and provide guidance to stakeholders on sustainable product investments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in supporting, managing, or owning enterprise software platforms.

• Experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Owner, or similar business-facing technology leadership positions.

• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technologies, with a strong preference for Icertis experience.

• Proven ability to collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing vendor relationships.

• Background in enterprise contract digitization, legal operations, or procurement transformation initiatives.

• Experience in highly regulated industries.

• Icertis certifications or equivalent experience in platform administration and governance.
