Technical Product Manager – Specialist I, Legal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a Technical Product Manager within the Technology team, providing support to the Legal department.

• Analyze business rules, workflows, and intricate processes.

• Convert business requirements into technical and functional specifications for development and data engineering teams.

• Function as the technical intermediary for the integration and transition of SaaS, ERP, as well as legal, finance, and HR systems.

• Ensure adherence to Architecture, Information Security, Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and Ethics standards.

• Craft SQL queries and conduct API checks and consumption for data auditing, rule validation, monitoring, and supporting new workflows.

• Assess market tools and Low-Code/No-Code platforms.

• Oversee technical communication and integration with SaaS software partners and vendors.

• Lead agile ceremonies, technical refinement sessions, dependency mapping, and track delivery flow.

• Assist in the team’s technical growth, mentor junior professionals, and advocate for documentation, quality, and integration/regression testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Technical Product Manager with a robust technical and governance emphasis.

• Practical expertise in SQL for examining relational and non-relational databases.

• Experience in consuming and testing REST/SOAP APIs and API Gateways.

• Comprehension of microservices, event-driven architecture, and Serverless technologies.

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, including DevOps, CI/CD, and data pipelines.

• Proficiency in facilitating agile ceremonies and managing technical workflows.

• Capability to collaborate with both non-technical business functions and specialized technical teams.

• Strong vendor management abilities.

• Competence in creating process maps, integration diagrams, and detailed functional requirements.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, LLMs, and RAG is advantageous.

• Experience with corporate data, People Analytics, or Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Finance systems is advantageous.

• Background in system transition or integration projects, including SAP SuccessFactors, ECC, and messaging platforms, is a plus.

• Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code platforms, such as AppSheet, or Python for targeted automation is a plus.
