This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Enhance the narrative of Second Front Systems’ platform and aid customers in discovering, assessing, and adopting its products.
• Convert technical distinctions into clear value propositions for commercial buyers and government mission leaders.
• Develop a standardized launch playbook for 2F Game Warden, 2F Frontier, and 2F Workshop.
• Produce highly technical content, proof points, proofs of concept, architectural diagrams, and live demonstration environments.
• Act as the authority on positioning across Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Mission Success teams.
• Transform customer and market insights into evidence-based product messaging and roadmap suggestions.
• Propel product launches through field enablement, technical demonstrations, total cost of ownership analyses, solution briefs, and digital content.
• Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and provide sales and engineering teams with battlecards, technical objection handling strategies, and positioning frameworks.
• Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation campaigns, research reports, and technical white papers.
• Represent the technical narrative of 2F in analyst briefings, trade shows, customer advisory boards, and industry forums.
• Foster pipeline growth, product adoption, and market positioning.
• 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Product Management within the enterprise software sector.
• Practical knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, or platform engineering workflows.
• Capability to translate intricate technical architectures into engaging buyer narratives.
• Proven success in defining, positioning, and launching complex technical products for both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
• Experience in monitoring launch adoption, content performance, and go-to-market pipeline impact through data-driven dashboards.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience in delivering executive-level presentations, facilitating field enablement, and creating customer-facing technical content.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for team alignment, client meetings, and industry events.
• Must reside in one of the designated hiring hubs: DC/Maryland/Virginia; Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC; Denver/Colorado Springs, CO; or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
• Preferred: Previous experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or developer relations.
• Preferred: Familiarity with mission-critical B2G SaaS, Department of Defense software acquisition, or enterprise cybersecurity frameworks.
• Preferred: Experience in marketing an integrated product portfolio that combines software automation with edge deployment solutions.
