This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.
• Take charge of the positioning and messaging for the QuickBooks Graduates program.
• Craft narratives that distinguish Acumatica’s cloud ERP platform from QuickBooks and other accounting and ERP tools for small businesses.
• Develop messaging tailored to specific industries and micro-verticals such as construction, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.
• Generate thought leadership materials leveraging insights from customers, industries, and markets.
• Assist in the comprehensive go-to-market strategies for QuickBooks Graduates campaigns.
• Collaborate with customer advocacy teams to enhance customer stories and video content.
• Work together with product, sales, and industry/vertical teams on roadmaps, priorities, and capabilities relevant to QuickBooks migration.
• Utilize performance data and analytics to enhance content and assess campaign effectiveness.
• Write video scripts, conduct light video editing, and create comparison, overview, and product demonstration videos.
• Manage website messaging, comparison guides, datasheets, infographics, brochures, and other marketing enablement materials.
• Assist in release planning and ensure alignment among internal and external teams regarding positioning.
• Support trade shows, industry events, partner and customer gatherings, presentations, webinars, and thought leadership sessions.
• Translate product functionalities and advantages into value propositions for small business buyers.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product marketing.
• In-depth understanding of small business accounting software, including QuickBooks or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP business management systems, accounting processes, business technology, and B2B marketing strategies.
• Experience in marketing within the construction, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services sectors is advantageous.
• Educational qualifications in marketing, English, public relations, journalism, business, philosophy, computer science, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Capability to clearly articulate complex features and convert technical ERP functionalities into benefits for small business owners.
• An analytical and creative approach to messaging.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Preferred experience with marketing technologies such as WordPress, Jasper or similar AI tools, Camtasia, Asana, CRM applications, SharePoint, and Wistia.
• Direct experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop is a significant advantage.
