This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the main administrator for Salesforce.
• Oversee user setup, permissions, security profiles, roles, and access controls.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and automation processes.
• Track user adoption and platform performance.
• Manage integrations with essential business applications.
• Own the Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystem.
• Oversee lead synchronization, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and attribution processes.
• Ensure smooth integration between Sales and Marketing workflows.
• Support campaign tracking, attribution reporting, lead scoring, segmentation, nurture programs, and marketing automation initiatives.
• Lead sales forecasting processes and reporting schedules.
• Assist with weekly pipeline reviews and forecast discussions.
• Provide support to Account Executives with Territory, Account, and Opportunity Plan Management.
• Monitor pipeline health, coverage, progress, and conversion metrics.
• Identify pipeline risks, bottlenecks, and performance trends.
• Deliver precise and timely revenue reporting to leadership.
• Build and maintain dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Executive Leadership.
• Analyze pipeline performance, sales activities, conversion rates, and win/loss trends.
• Create KPI reporting frameworks and executive scorecards.
• Uphold opportunity management standards, CRM best practices, and operational documentation.
• Assist with territory management and account ownership structures.
• Establish and enforce CRM data quality standards.
• Lead data cleansing, enrichment, and governance initiatives.
• Provide Salesforce and process training to both new and existing users.
• Offer daily support for CRM-related inquiries and issues.
• Promote user adoption and system utilization.
• Minimize administrative tasks for customer-facing teams.
• Create a scalable operational framework to support future business growth.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or Salesforce Administration.
• Strong practical Salesforce administration experience.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, including data synchronization, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and attribution.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration and marketing operations experience.
• Experience in supporting both Sales and Marketing teams.
• Strong capabilities in reporting, dashboarding, and analytics.
• Experience in supporting forecasting and pipeline management processes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
• HubSpot Certification (preferred).
• Experience in the SaaS or technology sector (preferred).
• Proficiency in Power BI (preferred).
• Experience in marketing automation (preferred).
• Knowledge of revenue attribution and funnel analytics (preferred).
• Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
• Exposure to MEDDPICC or enterprise sales methodology (preferred).
• Experience in building scalable revenue operations processes (preferred).
