This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of a digital product portfolio, from initial conception to post-launch phases.
• Gain expertise in user pain points and market dynamics.
• Facilitate alignment, problem exploration, and brainstorming sessions with squads, stakeholders, partners, and users.
• Conduct experiments to validate product hypotheses.
• Document and disseminate insights to foster product evolution.
• Lead cycle prioritization activities, including PI planning and release planning.
• Motivate the development team around the purpose of the products.
• Illustrate the value of the products within the Grupo Boticário ecosystem.
• Assist in the transformation and adoption of a product management culture within the organization.
• Work on the centralized platform utilized for creating, managing, and deploying LLM agents across Grupo Boticário’s business channels.
• Proven experience in digital products as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• A data-driven approach, with the capability to derive insights from data.
• Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to formulate hypotheses and inform decisions.
• A business-oriented product vision.
• Knowledge of user experience, design, and innovation concepts and practices.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Familiarity with the operation of LLMs and agents in production is advantageous.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Agno, LangChain, or equivalent technologies is a plus.
• Experience in managing platform products is a plus.
