Technical Product Manager – RCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the revenue cycle product roadmap, which includes eligibility, prior authorizations, claims-related workflows, and EHR integrations.

• Convert revenue cycle operations into actionable product requirements for the engineering team.

• Collaborate with Engineering to determine scoping, sequencing, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.

• Engage with clinics and internal operations teams to pinpoint process inefficiencies and related costs.

• Establish success metrics for revenue cycle features and ensure accountability for the roadmap.

• Prioritize tasks related to integration work, new functionalities, and system reliability.

• Collaborate with leadership to shape the revenue cycle strategy for the overall platform.

• Report directly to the CEO.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in product management positions.

• Hands-on experience with revenue cycle management, including eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and EHR integrations.

• Proven track record of managing a complex, integration-intensive product area from start to finish.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to clinical or executive stakeholders.

• Comfort in working autonomously within a dynamic startup environment.

• Willingness to travel to NYC as required.

• A degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical background (preferred).

• Experience in solutions engineering within a major EHR system like Epic, particularly with coding skills (preferred).

• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

• No visa sponsorship required now or in the future to work in the United States or Canada.
