This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage in digital products that provide authentic value to customers, business units, and the organization overall.
• Convert product strategy into specific objectives and defined problem areas.
• Ensure clarity and alignment within the team.
• Perform ongoing Product Discovery through research, hypotheses, and experiments.
• Prioritize projects based on customer value, business value, and associated risks.
• Actively collect and organize requirements.
• Maintain a backlog driven by value.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to plan iterative releases.
• Constantly challenge the team's working methods and introduce process enhancements, such as automation or AI tools.
• Facilitate problem spaces, manage expectations, and communicate strategy, progress, and risks effectively.
• Address conflicts empathetically and with a focus on solutions.
• Establish KPI targets for outcomes and ensure thorough impact measurement.
• Take charge of the success of your initiatives, including conducting reviews and making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Tech, Design, and business units.
• Several years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Product Discovery, processes, structuring, prioritization, and agile methodologies.
• Strong structuring and analytical capabilities.
• Competence in creating high-quality requirements, including PRDs, User Stories, and process documentation.
• Solid understanding of complex system logic, APIs, data flows, and technical dependencies.
• Ability to serve as a liaison between business and technology without being a developer.
• Capability to clearly explain complex topics, advocate for priorities, and facilitate discussions in a constructive manner.
• Active utilization of AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Openness to learning and adopting new tools and methodologies.
• Ability to independently develop and enhance small tools and prototypes.
• Curiosity and a broad interest in new methods, approaches, and technologies.
• Ongoing reflection and development of your own work and approach.
• Data-driven decision-making grounded in data and hypotheses.
• Independent and transparent working style, taking ownership of outcomes.
• Proficient in German and English with a minimum of C1 level.
