Principal Technical Product Manager – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of DT product solution development and delivery, guiding the direction and implementing product features and enhancements.

• Craft exceptional customer experiences.

• Act as a liaison among business stakeholders, Product Managers, and the Development team.

• Transform business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.

• Lead business, design, engineering, and product teams to create impactful digital transformation experiences.

• Supervise development and product teams to define the scope of product delivery.

• Support solution strategies while comprehending various development alternatives.

• Identify gaps and challenges, and engineer effective solutions.

• Collaborate with the development team to assess feasibility and technical options.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Proven experience driving essential, cross-organizational technical initiatives.

• Familiarity with security and privacy programs.

• Understanding of system and architectural design methodologies.

• Capability to ensure technologies scale effectively and perform suitably across all stages.

• Proficiency in solving problems at scale.

• Experience in defining technical methodologies for data management.

• Ability to operate at a program level, overseeing an entire initiative.

• Capacity to work independently and exercise discretion in important decision-making.

• Skill in translating business requirements into technical specifications.

• Experience collaborating with business, design, engineering, and product teams.

• Expertise in scoping product delivery and assessing development options.

• Ability to pinpoint gaps and challenges, and devise effective solutions.
