This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the extension model for each target platform, covering APIs, webhooks, UI surfaces, authentication methodology, app review procedures, and any limitations.
• Create secure, transparent, and feasible verification processes while adhering to the constraints of the target platform.
• Make decisions regarding integration design, such as whether to use embedded or redirect methods and choosing between synchronous and asynchronous flows.
• Early identification of integration constraints is essential.
• Conduct research on target products, their market positioning, and the workflows of customers.
• Define APIs for Nametag, outline target-side calls, and develop deployment and configuration models.
• Generate API designs, integration specifications, and establish build milestones for the Engineering team.
• Collaborate with Design on the admin console and setup experiences.
• Draft customer-facing setup and administration documentation or source materials.
• Prioritize the integration roadmap based on customer demand, sales signals, and partnership context.
• Take ownership of marketplace and listing paths, including both business and technical requirements.
• Monitor launches, user adoption, and insights for future integrations.
• Collaborate with Engineering throughout the build and launch phases.
• Work alongside Go-to-Market teams on positioning, enablement, and enterprise sales discussions.
• Partner with the Partnerships team to facilitate listings and co-selling opportunities.
• Utilize agent tools to expedite research, specification development, and documentation processes.
• Develop scalable AI-assisted workflows and enhance the shared integration playbook.
• Candidates must be legally allowed to work in the United States for any employer without any current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
• A minimum of 4 years in technical product management, solutions architecture, platform/partner engineering, or a comparable role where integration design was a key responsibility.
• Proven experience integrating with third-party enterprise platforms such as ITSM, HRIS, ATS, IdP, collaboration tools, or similar, including at least one project that went through a marketplace or app review process.
• Ability to critically analyze API documentation, design an authentication flow, produce an engineering-ready specification, and identify platform limitations.
• A history of working within unchangeable constraints while discovering viable design solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of a domain from start to finish in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools effectively in practical applications and making informed judgments regarding their use.
