Technical Product Manager – Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of client implementations from the initial discovery phase and solution definition to testing, deployment, and handover.

• Transform client requirements into technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, deliverables, and prioritized backlogs.

• Create maps of systems, APIs, data sources, access requirements, and dependencies.

• Oversee engineering efforts across integrations, provisioning, configuration, and testing processes.

• Facilitate technical discussions with clients while managing trade-offs, expectations, and changes in scope.

• Organize user acceptance testing and ensure that delivered work meets the agreed-upon criteria.

• Document implementation insights and convert recurring client demands into reusable platform features.

• Distill product vision and business priorities into prioritized roadmaps and product backlogs.

• Assume responsibility for requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Direct sprint planning, prioritization, and release cycles.

• Monitor progress and identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.

• Manage delivery across multiple modules and teams.

• Collect stakeholder feedback and translate insights into product enhancements.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial teams, and leadership.

• Utilize AI coding and prototyping tools to brainstorm ideas, implement improvements, and develop internal tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing technical software, SaaS or platform products, technical implementations, integrations, or complex software delivery.

• Capability to convert business or client requirements into specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and actionable delivery plans.

• Familiarity with backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, and software delivery methodologies.

• Technical knowledge of software architecture, APIs, integrations, data sources, authentication, configuration, provisioning, and interconnected systems.

• Proficiency in coordinating efforts across engineering and cross-functional teams while managing dependencies, risks, and blockers.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts, priorities, trade-offs, and decisions.

• Comfort with AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong documentation practices, sound judgment, and a high sense of ownership.
