Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the platform area from start to finish, encompassing strategy, roadmap, requirements, launch, and user adoption.

• Convert customer and partner requirements into technical specifications.

• Establish success metrics for the platform, focusing on adoption and reliability, and utilize these metrics to direct development efforts.

• Provide in-depth technical insights regarding architecture, APIs, and system trade-offs.

• Recognize opportunities to leverage AI for enhancing platform intelligence or reliability.

• Balance essential platform investments with immediate customer and revenue goals.

• Collaborate with data, product, and business teams.

• Articulate the platform's purpose and value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in product management.

• Experience in travel, marketplaces, or fintech is highly advantageous.

• Comprehension of complex systems and the ability to engage in discussions about architecture and trade-offs with engineers.

• Strong systems thinking and analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL, KPI definition, and experimentation.

• Proven experience in delivering LLM-based tools or ML-related products in a production environment.

• Capacity to make and articulate prioritization decisions.

• Competence in engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
