Technical Product Manager, AI Agent Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and oversee the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and backlog.

• Convert customer needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Engage with end users and the Customer Success team to collect feedback and enhance the product.

• Investigate market trends, competitor actions, new AI capabilities, and emerging use cases.

• Assist the Value Engineering team with basic financial modeling, ROI calculations, and the creation of customer business cases.

• Develop and assess product documentation and marketing materials.

• Track product adoption, performance, customer outcomes, and business impact.

• Participate in Agile practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, and retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Employees undergoing any type of internal transfer must consult the mobility table in Policy NI-002 and review the eligible positions.

• A rating of “Good” or higher in the Time to Talk assessment.

• Experience in Product Management, preferably in AI, SaaS, automation, customer service, or enterprise software solutions.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with both technical and customer-facing teams.

• Strong skills in product discovery, prioritization, analysis, and communication.

• Customer-centric mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with end users.

• Interest in market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and product documentation.

• Practical experience using AI tools for research, analysis, and content creation.

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English at B2 level or higher.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Must not be an intern or apprentice.

• Must have completed the minimum required tenure in the company/current role, as specified for the position.
