This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and uphold the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise IGA capabilities.
• Oversee product planning, prioritization of the backlog, and definition of requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, and mission sectors.
• Collect and analyze user needs, mission priorities, and system data.
• Manage activities throughout the product lifecycle, including the introduction of new capabilities, enhancements, operationalization, and retirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and capability requirements.
• Enable communication, alignment, and decision-making across teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on the roadmap, risks, and dependencies.
• Assist with the onboarding and integration of applications, mission partners, and systems.
• Ensure product readiness through the creation of documentation, training materials, process updates, and communication of changes.
• Promote continuous improvement in line with Zero Trust identity principles.
• Support reporting, metrics, and performance tracking for product adoption, health, and operational effectiveness.
• Minimum of an active Secret Clearance; Interim Secret Clearances are not permitted.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field, or an equivalent mix of education, technical certifications, training, or work experience.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher).
• At least 5 years of experience in ICAM, IAM, IGA, identity security, or similar enterprise identity programs.
• Proven experience in managing technical products or capabilities within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of identity governance concepts, encompassing provisioning, deprovisioning, roles, entitlements, access certification, privileged access, and policy controls.
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and enterprise directory services.
• Capability to create and manage product roadmaps, user stories, and intake workflows.
• Experience with identity workflows utilizing SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and modern authentication technologies.
• Ability to convert technical concepts into program deliverables, schedules, risks, and stakeholder updates.
• Proficient in coordinating across engineering, cybersecurity, and operational teams.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% of the time.
