Technical Product Manager – DevEx

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers while fully owning the delivery of features and utilizing AI solutions to eliminate significant friction for engineers and product managers.

• Establish product goals, metrics, and roadmaps driven by user needs and the impact on the mission.

• Promote user research within both engineering and product teams.

• Draft design documents and facilitate asynchronous decision-making processes.

• Convey context, priorities, and decisions to guarantee team alignment.

• Modify priorities based on feedback, experiments, and new insights.

• Address challenges through product features, operational tools, or changes in processes.

• Take comprehensive ownership of developer experience, encompassing both internal and external tools.

• Investigate and execute AI solutions to alleviate engineering and development friction.

• Create prototypes to validate concepts.

• Collect user feedback and analyze data to comprehend the needs of engineers and product managers.

• Prioritize productivity obstacles and assess their impact on the secure and rapid delivery of user value.

• Directly manage the DevEx team while fostering their career development, in collaboration with the Tech Lead on technical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of product management experience along with a hands-on engineering background (you’ve delivered production code) or direct PM responsibility for a developer experience or developer productivity function.

• Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including user research, design, implementation, and evaluation.

• Proficiency in English.

• Bonus: proven experience in successfully implementing AI-based solutions within a larger organization.

• Bonus: professional experience in a consumer fintech company.
