This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the roadmap and vision for the Generative AI platform.
• Align new functionalities with overarching strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Generative AI Platform and various stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical feasibility.
• Manage product priorities effectively.
• Update executives and key users on progress.
• Create, sustain, and communicate the roadmap for the Generative AI platform.
• Work alongside engineering and business partners to prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt.
• Serve as a liaison among business, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Collect requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Lead product backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
• Keep abreast of AI platform trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Provide thought leadership for the long-term vision of the Generative AI platform.
• Define and monitor product KPIs related to platform adoption, performance, and business impact.
• Utilize data-driven insights to suggest enhancements and refine product strategy.
• Balance immediate priorities with the long-term vision for the platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management.
• Demonstrated experience managing intricate technical roadmaps and spearheading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Capability to translate complex technical matters into accessible business language.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, as well as cloud-based infrastructure.
• Strategic thinking capabilities.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa, including CPT/OPT.
• Dependable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote and hybrid roles.
• Reliable fiber, cable, or DSL internet connection.
• Suitable home workspace with minimal disruptions for remote and hybrid positions.
• Experience in product management related to AI, cloud, or platform products (distinguishes candidates).
• An MBA or other advanced degree (distinguishes candidates).
• Product management or agile certification, such as CSPO or Pragmatic Institute certification (distinguishes candidates).
