Technical Product Manager – B2B SaaS, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and launch cutting-edge B2B SaaS and AI functionalities from concept to deployment.

• Develop prototypes for product concepts utilizing tools such as Figma, Lovable, v0, Claude, Cursor, Replit, or coding.

• Draft clear specifications that engineers can follow without the need for repeated clarification sessions.

• Oversee APIs, integrations, data models, authentication processes, and error handling.

• Conduct personal testing of releases to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Interact with customers to collect feedback and replicate issues.

• Propel issues through engineering channels until customer outcomes are confirmed.

• Make informed prioritization decisions and remove tasks of low value.

• Challenge leadership when necessary by providing written justifications.

• Independently manage the product backlog.

• Assess feature effectiveness and contribute to troubleshooting and refining product launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a first Product Manager, an early product hire, or a Product Manager in a startup environment.

• Demonstrated success in AI product management or technical product management.

• A background as a former founder or engineer who has transitioned to product management.

• Strong grasp of product delivery and customer success beyond mere backlog management.

• Practical experience with prototyping and testing tools.

• Capability to produce clear and concise documentation for engineering teams.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, though not solely reliant on coordinating engineering efforts or conducting ceremonies.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing product challenges.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in managing and delivering AI-driven products.

• Nice-to-have: Understanding of data models and API integrations in a B2B setting.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in a startup context.

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with customer validation techniques and methodologies.
