Senior Technical Product Manager – IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the discovery initiatives in collaboration with engineering and UX/research to pinpoint user needs and challenges.

• Enhance the discovery approach through ongoing feedback from users and the business.

• Work closely with UX to create user-friendly experiences that are validated through quick feedback and usability testing.

• Develop and communicate OKRs for product advancements focused on outcomes.

• Utilize data and product analytics to generate hypotheses, track performance, and enhance products.

• Inspire and guide a cross-functional product team.

• Partner with organizational stakeholders to establish workflows that align with business goals.

• Articulate product vision, strategy, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams.

• Prioritize, deliver, and iterate on product features, enhancements, and updates in conjunction with engineering.

• Conduct story mapping and break down work into epics and stories.

• Create and refine development stories while prioritizing stories and defects.

• Investigate industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

• Spot opportunities for product innovation and sustain a competitive edge.

• Demonstrated experience in Product Management roles with a proven history of successfully launching and refining products.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies.

• Strategic mindset with the capability to translate business goals into actionable strategies.

• Background in data-driven product management.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with product analytics, OKRs, problem statements, solution hypotheses, story mapping, epics, and user stories.

• Ability to liaise with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to fulfill requirements.
