This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Take ownership of the product lifecycle for essential partner integrations, from initial planning through to launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with current partners to ensure their success and continued growth on the Splyt platform.
• Serve as a technical consultant for both partners and product managers.
• Assist the Business Development team during technical aspects of sales presentations.
• Collaborate with prospective clients to gather requirements and facilitate technical onboarding.
• Convert partner and business requirements into actionable product specifications.
• Partner with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver innovative products.
• Aid in the rollout of new product features and initiatives.
• Align internal stakeholders and external partners on timelines, objectives, and priorities.
• Identify product opportunities and challenges through market insights and feedback from partners.
• Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Partner Support teams.
• Report directly to the Head of Product.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management position, preferably in a B2B or platform-based setting.
• Practical experience in managing technical/API-driven products and integrations.
• Proficiency in testing API endpoints with tools such as cURL or Postman.
• Familiarity with standard integration patterns.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with distributed teams.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and SDKs.
• Technical understanding of APIs, architecture, and data flow.
• A product-oriented mindset with an understanding of product-market fit.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in managing stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.
• Strong project management abilities, including managing timelines and expectations.
• Adaptability in ambiguous and changing environments.
• Analytical mindset that utilizes data to inform decisions and assess product performance.
• Customer-centric approach focused on users and partners.
• Background in mobility, travel, or marketplace platforms is preferred.
• Experience in leveraging analytics and data to guide product decisions is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Business Chinese is preferred.
