Senior Technical Product Manager – IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as the product leader within Agile/Scrum software development frameworks

• Outline Epics, Features, and User Stories

• Engage in Kaizen and Sprint activities

• Oversee trade-offs related to cost, features, and schedule during the development lifecycle

• Collaborate with clinical domain experts, Product Directors, program management, and application development teams

• Prioritize product modifications and enhancements according to customer feedback

• Partner with developers and QA Engineers to create and evaluate new features and solutions

• Establish expertise in the product and subject matter for a range of clinical protocol products

• Convert business goals and specific marketing requirements into actionable engineering tasks

• Take part in market strategy, product launches, pilot program evaluations, field operations, documentation, and product road-mapping

• Work together with clinical product management, technical leads, and architecture leads on product ideas and technology roadmaps

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile enterprise software development

• At least 3 years of experience in Requirements Analysis or as a Clinical Analyst

• Proven experience with systems involving complex workflows and configurations

• Familiarity with healthcare information systems and the clinical user experience

• Expertise in writing requirements for software applications

• Proficient in Agile and Scrum development methodologies

• Experience in defining Epics, Features, and User Stories

• Knowledge of requirements prioritization and software product development

• Experience collaborating with clinical domain experts, Product Directors, program management, application development teams, developers, and QA Engineers
