Technical Product Manager, Crypto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop, communicate, and enhance the value proposition of the Crypto Transaction Monitoring product.

• Identify untapped market opportunities and stimulate product advancement.

• Implement strategic product launches and improvements for the Travel Rule framework.

• Address intricate, non-standard cross-jurisdictional client requirements.

• Oversee the decentralized Web3 strategy, encompassing DeFi and non-custodial wallet interactions.

• Create a feasible Web3 roadmap from the ground up.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, business development, marketing, and leadership teams.

• Coordinate teams and transform concepts into tangible features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in B2B crypto, fintech, or blockchain infrastructure.

• In-depth understanding of blockchain transaction flows, smart contracts, AML/KYT, and on-chain intelligence.

• Proven experience in developing blockchain analytics, transaction investigation/clustering tools, or privacy/mixing protocols.

• Pure consumer wallet/custody experience is not suitable.

• Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, rule engines, and third-party integrations.

• High energy, proactive execution, and capability to provide clarity in a shifting, ambiguous market.

• Candidates from Europe are preferred to align with core team working hours.

• Direct experience with Travel Rule, KYT, or dApp integrations is a plus.

• A strong network in the crypto domain across partners and protocols is a nice-to-have.
