📋 Description

• Take ownership of technical product initiatives from concept to execution.

• Analyze data, validate hypotheses, understand user behavior, and establish success metrics utilizing SQL and dashboards.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Solace’s user funnel and internal systems.

• Identify avenues for optimization and automation.

• Convert operational and data requirements into product specifications and technical needs for engineering.

• Prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment among engineering, operations, and growth stakeholders.

• Deliver features swiftly and efficiently.

• Track the performance of released features and iterate based on data and user feedback.

• Keep clear documentation and maintain communication across teams.

• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or in a highly technical role with strong product ownership, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Proficient in working with data and querying extensive datasets.

• Possess strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities.

• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to ensure critical systems remain stable in high-velocity settings.

• Demonstrate ambition, ownership, and a drive for excellence.

• Maintain a user- and business-focused mindset.

• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Applicants must reside in the United States.

• Bonus: experience in consumer technology, healthcare, or developing internal tools.
