This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Sonar roadmap.
• Create infrastructure layers to empower institutions and their agents in combating financial crime.
• Establish secure and governed collaboration channels for institutions.
• Develop verified, scoped, and auditable identity and trust access.
• Create governed intelligence that connects related entities across various institutions.
• Ensure Sonar is accessible wherever institutions and their agents operate.
• Write and maintain technical specifications, integration playbooks, and comprehensive documentation.
• Translate regulatory constraints such as 314(b), GLBA, FCRA, and BSA into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate directly with the Legal team on implementation queries.
• Partner with Engineering to design data and platform architecture.
• Work alongside fraud, AML, and investigations teams to gain insights into analyst workflows.
• Define and monitor member adoption, inquiry volume, response rates, time to respond, and quality of agent usage.
• Collaborate with BD, Sales, and Partnerships to onboard institutions and platform partners.
• Over 6 years of experience in product management.
• More than 3 years in payment networks, fintech, financial crime, identity, or data platform products.
• Proven experience in shipping APIs or developer-oriented products.
• Proficient in authentication, scoped credentials, and audit logging.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and their supporting infrastructure.
• Understanding of fraud, AML, and investigation workflows.
• Experience building solutions within regulatory constraints regarding data usage.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data queries.
• Capability to write clear specifications and communicate effectively with engineers, legal professionals, and bank executives.
• Familiarity with 314(b), GLBA, or FCRA is highly desirable.
• Experience with consortiums, data cooperatives, or information-sharing products is advantageous.
• Background in entity resolution or graph-based investigations is a plus.
• Previous experience at a bank, payments network, or compliance technology vendor is beneficial.
• Must maintain a home base in the country of employment.
