Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of internal platforms and tools that drive the business forward.

• Create back-office systems and products for acquisition and monetization aimed at assessing, acquiring, and scaling mobile applications.

• Design AI-powered systems that enhance the acquisition strategy.

• Discover and pursue promising opportunities within mobile applications.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, monetization, data, operations, and leadership teams.

• Guarantee that tools are dependable, scalable, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, demonstrating a successful history of developing tools and platforms.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across both technical and business audiences; capable of aligning cross-functional teams and thriving in Scrum/Agile environments.

• Proficient in metrics and monitoring; able to define key indicators and assess project and product performance against them.

• Assumes complete ownership from problem identification through to delivery and operation.

• Strong structured problem-solving capabilities with the ability to balance business requirements against technical trade-offs.

• Knowledge of mobile app development and release processes.

• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud, with a capacity to evaluate architecture and trade-offs.

• Strong instincts in system design; capable of designing and critiquing APIs and assessing scalability limits.

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

• A background in B2C mobile or data-driven B2B products (such as SaaS, gaming, or fintech) is a plus.

• Experience in developing AI-driven solutions addressing real business challenges is an advantage.
