Technical Product Manager – AI Agent Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and oversee the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and backlog.

• Convert customer needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Marketing.

• Interact with end users and the Customer Success team to collect feedback and enhance the product.

• Investigate market trends, competitor activities, new AI features, and emerging use cases.

• Assist the Value Engineering team with basic financial modeling, ROI assessments, and the creation of customer business cases.

• Develop and review product documentation and marketing resources.

• Monitor product adoption, performance metrics, customer outcomes, and overall business impact.

• Engage in Agile practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, and retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within AI, SaaS, automation, customer service, or enterprise software solutions.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and customer-facing teams.

• Excellent skills in product discovery, prioritization, analysis, and communication.

• Customer-centric approach and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with end users.

• Interest in market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and product documentation.

• Practical experience using AI tools for research, analysis, and content generation.

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English at a B2 level or higher.

• Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
