Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Strategize and execute product discovery initiatives involving creators, users, potential clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Validate product hypotheses through evidence-based testing.

• Consolidate discussions, usage data, and market research into problem statements, user journeys, opportunities, and priorities.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to investigate solutions, draft flows, outline MVPs, and make necessary trade-offs.

• Convert product decisions into design briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical workflows.

• Coordinate with engineering on dependencies, APIs, data flows, AI/media functionalities, privacy, and reliability aspects.

• Evaluate releases with users for feedback.

• Assess adoption rates and identify friction points.

• Enhance onboarding, engagement, monetization, and retention strategies based on insights gained post-launch.

• Manage the product lifecycle from research and decision-making through to design and post-launch evaluations.

• Facilitate customer discussions independently and translate feedback into actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally possess 4-7 years of pertinent experience.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in owning product discovery and delivery for a software product.

• Technical proficiency, including the ability to discuss architecture and implementation decisions with engineers.

• Familiarity with APIs and data flows.

• Capability to articulate precise requirements without dictating every solution.

• Strong interviewing and synthesis abilities.

• Good product judgment with a preference for straightforward solutions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones.

• Clear communication skills in English, both in writing and during live discussions.

• Preferred: experience with consumer social or community products, creator tools, media workflows, subscriptions/monetization, or AI-assisted products.

• Applicants must be located in Poland.

• Must be available for consistent overlap with the US East Coast team and user interviews.

• Successful completion of a take-home assignment and final interview with the CEO is required.
